HISTIOCYTE SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
Membership to the Histiocyte Society is open to all healthcare professionals who are active in patient care, education or research in the histiocytic disorders. Currently, members include approximately 270 physicians, scientists, and nurses from 40 countries. Annual membership dues are $150 USD. Discount for Annual Meeting: The Histiocyte Society Annual Meeting provides quality education and networking for physicians and scientists within the field of histiocytosis. As a way to enhance your professional development and encourage attendance, all members receive a significant discount on registration fees. Eligibility for Membership on Society Committees and Board Offices: As a physician or scientist, you want to make a difference with the work that you do. Sometimes that includes being on the front lines of research development within committees or guiding the organization as a member of the Board. As a member in good standing, you will be eligible to hold positions on the Education Committee, Scientific Committee, Steering Committees, or the Executive Board. Free Informational Services: The Society keeps members in touch with each other and current issues through their web site and email updates of emerging issues relevant to histiocytosis research and developments. Subscription to the Histiocyte Society eNewsletter: As part of the Society's ongoing effort to keep its members informed, you will receive an eNewsletter 3 times each year with all of the latest updates and information. NEW: Access to Our Listserv: Sometimes you have difficult cases and want to discuss them. Our new Listserv, available exclusively to members, gives you the opportunity to talk with other physicians and researchers to find the answers you are seeking. | HELP OTHER SOCIETY MEMBERS The Histiocyte Society has now made it possible to make a donation to help other Society members who may be unable to afford future membership dues or Annual Meeting registration fees. Donations can be made through the donation form below. If you have a preference on how your donation should be used (dues vs. meeting registration), please provide a clear note in the comments box of the form.
