11:00am-12:00pm Eastern Time (US)

Hosted by the Scientific Committee

Join us for the final webinar in our series, hosted by the Scientific Committee. This session will focus on previous grant recipients who were awarded grant money from the Histiocytosis Association. We will learn about the difference between all of the various scientific committees between the HA and the HS, where those awarded projects stand now, what that "seed" money meant to the researchers and more.  Presentations will include:

  • Intro of HA grants and the roles of the various HA and HS scientific committees in the process - Deanna Fournier, Executive Director of the Histiocytosis Association
  • Overview of how grants are scored - Julien Haroche, Chair of the Scientific Committee
  • Presentations from 4 former grantees:
    • Astrid van Halteren
    • Egle Kvedaraite
    • Paul Milne
    • Gang Huang

Please Note: This webinar will be open to and intended for Medical Professionals only.
Patients and families are encouraged to connect with the Histiocytosis Association for information on upcoming patient and family-focused webinars.
