§  April 25, 2019 – Abstract and Travel Scholarship Online Applications Open

JUNE

§  June 20, 2019 – Abstract and Travel Scholarship deadline **Extended to June 24, 2019 at 5pm Eastern Time - No further extensions will be granted**

JULY

§  July 26, 2019 – Abstract and Travel Scholarship applicants notified of acceptance

AUGUST

·     August 9, 2019 – Early Bird registration ends  **Extended to August 23, 2019 at 5pm Eastern Time 

• August 28, 2019 – Late breaking abstracts application opens

SEPTEMBER

§  September 16, 2019 – Lake breaking abstracts application closes **Extended to September 23, 2019 at 5pm Eastern Time

OCTOBER

§  October 1, 2019 – Online registration closes **Extended to October 7, 2019 at 5pm Eastern Time

§  October 7, 2019 – Deadline to cancel registration with 50% refund

§  October 9, 2010 – Cutoff date for special rates at the Peabody Hotel

§  October 16, 2019 – Cutoff date for special rates at the Hu Hutel

NOVEMBER

§  November 2, 2019 – Histiocyte Society Executive Board Meeting, Steering Committee Meetings

§  November 3, 2019 – Disease Discussion Sessions and Concurrent Educational Sessions,  Welcome Reception

§  November 4, 2019 – General Meeting Sessions Day 1

§  November 5, 2019 – General Meeting Sessions Day 2, Annual Banquet in the evening,  Closing Ceremonies
