Carl Allen MD, PhD is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Children’s Cancer and Hematology Centers.  He is Co-Director the TXCH Histiocytosis and Lymphoma Programs and is Director of Research for the Global Hematology and Oncology Pediatric Excellence (Global HOPE) Program.  The TXCH Histiocytosis team focuses on translational and clinical research to improve outcomes of children and adults with histiocytic disorders.

The Histiocyte Society is a nonprofit organization of more than 200 physicians and scientists from around the world committed to improving the lives of patients with histiocytic disorders by conducting clinical and laboratory research into the causes and treatment of this disease.
